Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service for Nordic speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to telecommunications products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
• Educate customers about new technologies, plans, and services offered.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the database.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product changes.

Requirements

• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, ideally within the telecommunications sector, is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with telecommunications technologies and services is a plus.
