Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat communications in Dutch.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to the Imperial Department's services and products.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints with professionalism.
• Offer clear information about services available, guiding customers in their choices.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain appropriate records.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery continually.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.
• Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is desirable.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer happiness.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the offerings of the Imperial Department is a plus.
