Mercier Consultancy is looking for a proactive Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our E-commerce Department. Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries related to products, orders, and returns via phone, email, and chat
- Provide support in troubleshooting issues related to the e-commerce platform
- Process orders, refunds, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
- Gather customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings
- Stay updated on promotions, new products, and e-commerce trends
Requirements
- Proficient in both Spanish and English with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce, is highly desirable
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passionate about providing an excellent shopping experience for customers
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer support software is an advantage
