Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat communications in Spanish.

  • Guide customers through the online shopping process, including product selection and returns.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to enhance the customer experience and service efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential.
