Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to electronic products, warranties, and services.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints and technical issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
