• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the database.
• Collaborate with the automotive team to deliver exceptional service and support.
• Stay updated on automotive industry trends, products, and company policies.

Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive sector, is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
