  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to electronics products, troubleshooting, and order management.
  • Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's product offerings and promotions.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately to aid in improving overall service quality.
  • Work collaboratively with technical support and sales teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the electronics or technology sector.
  • Excellent communication Skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • A keen interest in electronics and technology is highly desirable.
