Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality IT support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and support requests in our ticketing system.
• Guide users on software functionality and troubleshooting techniques.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate issues that require advanced resolutions.
• Keep informed about product knowledge and the latest technology trends to enhance support services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service roles is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts.
• Proficiency in diagnosing software and hardware issues; familiarity with support tools is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively while working remotely in a dynamic environment.
