Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality IT support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve a range of technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and support incidents in our ticketing system.
• Guide users in utilizing software features and troubleshooting techniques.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues that require more in-depth resolution.
• Stay informed about product updates and technological advancements to enhance support quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
• Previous experience in IT support, technical assistance, or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Familiarity with IT troubleshooting methods and support software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
