Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional IT support to Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and troubleshoot a variety of technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and support requests within our ticketing system.
• Guide users in utilizing software functionalities and effective troubleshooting methods.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues requiring advanced resolutions.
• Stay informed about product developments and current technology trends to enhance support quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
• Previous experience in IT support or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Familiarity with IT troubleshooting methodologies and relevant support technologies.
