Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and professional service.
• Document and track all interactions and resolutions in the support ticket system.
• Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with colleagues to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Provide training and insight to clients on product features and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English.
• Previous experience in IT support or a technical position is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
• Knowledge of technology or relevant sectors such as e-commerce or renewable energy is a plus.
