French Speaking Banking Support Specialist - Athens (Remote in Greece)

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer a remote opportunity for a French Speaking Banking Support Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece. In this important role, you will provide outstanding support to our French-speaking clients in the banking sector while working from the comfort of your home in Greece. Your responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, assisting with banking transactions, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Additionally, this position includes a relocation package, ensuring a smooth transition to your new role in Athens.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from French-speaking clients regarding banking products and services through various communication channels.
• Assist clients with account management, transaction inquiries, and resolving banking issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client inquiries and escalate when necessary.
• Stay updated on banking regulations, products, and policies to provide knowledgeable support.
• Build strong relationships with clients through personalized service and proactive follow-up.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• A valid EU passport.
• Experience in customer service, especially in banking or finance, is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and standard office applications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
