In this important role, you will provide dedicated support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries and helping them navigate our messaging platforms. Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to the messaging platform efficiently.
• Guide users on how to effectively use platform features and provide best practice recommendations.
• Document all client interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and product departments, to resolve complex issues effectively.
• Keep up-to-date on the latest product features and developments to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• A valid EU passport
• Experience in customer support or technical support roles, preferably within the technology sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate technical issues clearly.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and messaging applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
