  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive support and timely resolutions.
  • Stay informed about company products and services to assist clients effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service roles is preferable.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
