Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and troubleshoot service issues.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain effective tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive support and timely resolutions.
• Stay informed about company products and services to assist clients effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service roles is preferable.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
