Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to electronic devices, offering effective solutions.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately within the CRM system.
• Educate customers on product features and assist them in utilizing their electronic devices effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.
• Stay informed about product updates and industry developments to provide knowledgeable support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Previous experience in electronics support, technical support, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
• Experience with CRM systems and familiarity with troubleshooting processes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
