Responsibilities

• Provide expert support to Portuguese-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat regarding electronic devices.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, delivering effective and timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Educate customers on product functionalities and best practices to optimize their experience.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
• Stay updated on product changes and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in electronics support, technical support, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts for better customer understanding.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting processes and experience with CRM software.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
