Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional technical support to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues with efficiency and expertise.
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through responsive service delivery.
• Document all support interactions and resolutions thoroughly in the ticketing system.
• Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and address complex technical challenges.
• Provide guidance and training to clients to enhance their use of products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English.
• Experience in IT support or a technical role is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, as well as remote support tools.
• Knowledge of technology-related sectors such as e-commerce or telecommunications is a plus.
