We are seeking an experienced, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in 2025. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our company’s growth goals and brand positioning. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, proven digital marketing expertise, and the ability to foster collaboration across internal and external teams.
1. Marketing Department Planning & Project Management • Collaborate with the CEO and COO to develop the annual marketing plan. • Define primary and sub-products to be achieved, establishing key performance indicators (both primary and secondary) that are tracked and analyzed regularly. • Oversee the marketing department’s annual budget and monitor resource allocation. • Evaluate, audit, and inspect the work quality and output of junior team members. • Forecast staffing, equipment, and material needs to ensure smooth operations. 2. Internal Marketing Coordination (Division 2) • Create and direct campaigns aimed at encouraging existing clients to upgrade services and adopt new offerings. • Develop compelling messaging, promotional materials, and detailed campaign action plans to engage prospects from the TAM list. • Enhance SEO through website optimization, client review postings, backlink strategies, GBP updates, blog creation, and coordinated social media posts. • Collaborate with graphic design and content teams to ensure consistency in visual and written messaging. • Work closely with the Media Director and relevant teams to optimize website performance. 3. External Marketing, PR & Sales Alignment (Division 6) • Develop and manage ongoing two-month marketing campaigns that promote unified themes or calls-to-action, with coordinated efforts between internal marketing, external PR, and the sales department. • Organize and lead effective working meetings to review past performance, set targets, and ensure progress toward annual company objectives. • Create and supervise a B2B growth strategy to build and sustain beneficial market partnerships. • Devise strategies for attracting and acquiring enterprise-level clients, including the effective use of digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads) that demonstrates a clear ROI. 4. Product & Performance Goals • Optimize the company website to consistently rank in the top three results on page one of Google. • Position the MEG brand as the leading expert in practice management training and endto-end administrative services nationwide. • Establish robust business partnerships that confidently endorse our service capabilities. • Achieve specific revenue targets, including surpassing $750K/month in recurring revenue by Q2 and reaching or exceeding $1M/month by Q4 2025. • Drive professional speaking engagements (targeting more than five engagements) and increase social media engagement by at least 10% monthly (with quarterly engagements growing over 25%)
