For one of our clients, we are looking for a Product Marketing Lead, remotely from the United States.

As the Product Marketing Lead, you will drive the product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product enhancements, with a primary focus on benefits engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure successful product launches and sustained adoption. Your role will be pivotal in understanding market trends, gathering customer insights, and evaluating the effectiveness of GTM strategies to ensure maximum product impact in the healthcare space. This role provides an exciting opportunity to shape the direction of innovative healthcare solutions.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies for new product enhancements, ensuring they align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to develop and execute a cohesive GTM strategy.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to stay on top of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Ensure alignment across teams for product launches, with a focus on maximizing impact and driving adoption.
  • Own the development and maintenance of competitive positioning and win/loss analysis programs.
  • Develop and deliver product training for sales and customer success teams, ensuring they are equipped to effectively promote and position the product.
  • Analyze product performance post-launch, providing data-driven recommendations for improvements in positioning and GTM strategies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B or B2B2C healthcare technology or benefits.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare technology or benefits market, including key trends and competitors.
  • Proven track record in leading market research, product messaging, and GTM strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage complex projects efficiently, ensuring high-quality outcomes and accountability.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree in marketing, business, healthcare, or a related field.
