For one of our clients, we are looking for an Email Marketing Manager, remotely from New Jersey, US.

As an Email Marketing Manager, you will work closely with marketing leadership to develop and execute email campaigns aimed at driving engagement, acquisition, and retention. You'll be responsible for building and optimizing campaigns throughout various customer journeys while ensuring the content is on-brand and compelling. A key aspect of your role will include segmentation, A/B testing, and analyzing campaign performance to inform strategy and improve future efforts. Your ability to manage multiple campaigns and focus on the details will be essential for success in this position.

Accountabilities

  • Develop email marketing strategies in collaboration with marketing leadership to drive revenue goals across different funnels (new, expansion, and renewal).
  • Segment leads and customers effectively to create targeted email campaigns that maximize engagement.
  • Build, manage, and optimize email campaigns for free trial users, customers, and channel partners across multiple customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing teams to ensure that emails are engaging, on-brand, and visually appealing.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, copy, and calls to action (CTAs) to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign results, make data-driven adjustments, and continuously improve strategies to optimize outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Familiarity with email marketing compliance regulations, including GDPR.
  • Proficiency with email marketing and automation platforms such as HubSpot, Outreach, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign data to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent copywriting skills in English.
