As the Sr. Demand Generation Marketing Manager at Spreetail, you will take charge of creating and executing strategies that drive qualified sales leads and revenue growth. You will develop multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimize performance metrics, and collaborate closely with sales and other teams to achieve business objectives. Your ability to strategize, execute, and analyze will play a critical role in scaling our marketing efforts and achieving customer acquisition goals.
How you will achieve success:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive leads and align with sales goals, collaborating with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
Campaign Development: Create and manage inbound/outbound campaigns (paid media, email, content), engaging prospects through webinars, events, and digital channels, including account-based marketing (ABM) for key accounts.
Lead Generation & Management: Achieve lead generation targets, implement lead scoring and nurturing strategies to optimize conversions.
Analytics & Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance, optimize for maximum ROI and reduced customer acquisition costs (CAC).
Budget & Technology Management: Manage marketing budgets, forecast performance, leverage automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems for campaign execution and reporting.
