The Senior Marketing Manager, Public Sector is responsible for developing and implementing global marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads & sales pipeline for the Public Sector product portfolio. As an integral part of the demand generation team, the Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with the demand generation team & product marketing as well across functionally, to launch programs using the latest demand generation methods, with the objective to create sales pipeline, support sales conversion, track program effectiveness, and report on the results.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead, plan, and execute lead generating campaign and programs aligned to sales objectives (cross-sell & growth) specific to the Public Sector segment and product portfolio.
Manage new product introductions as required related to the product portfolio: identify go-to-market deliverables, maintain alignment across the team, generate the promotional plan, and see elements though to a successful launch.
Work collaboratively with the broader demand generation and product marketing teams to bring multi-channel Account Based Marketing campaigns to life, including email, digital experiences, custom chat bots, events, and contributing to the strategic direction of the public sector webinar calendar. Role includes presenting program details to Sales and Marketing teams along with performance results.
Act as a liaison to the public sector BDR and sales team to ensure alignment and effective delivery of impactful marketing programs that support sales objectives and company priorities.
Identify and recommend content needs, focus areas, and gaps related to the public sector product portfolio and work with marketing stakeholders to build programs and campaigns that address these needs and hit pipeline targets.
Provide regular reporting and analytics on program effectiveness, offering actionable insights to improve performance and outcomes.
Keep up to date on public sector industry trends, product updates, persona knowledge, and cross-functional activities related to the product portfolio.
Manage external marketing vendors as required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Commerce, or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in marketing program management, channel marketing, B2B marketing
Experience with managing external vendors/agencies
Experience in managing complicated and time sensitive projects
Interest and desire to learn and adapt to newtechnologies
Ability to creatively problem solve
Self-starter and driven to succeed
Strong communication and presentation skills
Analytical with strong attention to detail
(Optional) Familiarity with tools a plus: Salesforce, Pardot, ON24, Demandbase, Gainsight, Drift, and SalesLoft.
May be required to work extra hours
May be required to travel/Out of country travel required to meet the responsibilities of the position
