We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our influencer campaigns across the US & UK markets.

This is a remote, full-time contract position. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a can-do attitude, and can manage high volumes of influencer partnerships, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-volume influencer campaigns.
  • Manage large-scale influencer collaborations, ensuring strong content performance and brand alignment.
  • Negotiate influencer partnerships, securing the best rates and ROI-driven deals.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Foster positive, long-term relationships with influencers for ongoing collaborations.
  • Ensure attention to detail in contracts, content approvals, and campaign execution.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and high-performing content formats.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing high-scale influencer campaigns in the US & UK markets.
  • Ability to handle multiple influencer activations simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure high-impact partnerships.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
  • Positive energy & can-do attitude, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Understanding of social media algorithms.
  • Knowledge of weight loss products or health & wellness is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Looker Studio, Superset.
  • Experience with whitelisting and paid social amplification.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools.
