Job Overview: 

In this hybrid role, you’ll be the digital force behind our Pinterest and Snapchat campaigns, meticulously crafting strategies that drive traffic, boost conversions, and maximize ROI for our online store. You’ll collaborate closely with our ecommerce and creative teams to ensure that every campaign not only resonates with our audience but also delivers measurable sales results.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop, implement, and manage dynamic ad campaigns on Pinterest and Snapchat tailored to drive ecommerce performance.
    • Craft creative, data-backed strategies that emphasize conversion funnel optimization—from ad impression to purchase.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging visuals and compelling copy that align with our brand’s identity and ecommerce goals.
  • Optimization & Analysis:
    • Monitor key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and average order value using platform analytics and third-party tools.
    • Continuously test, analyze, and refine audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and ad creatives through A/B and multivariate testing.
    • Provide regular, data-driven insights and comprehensive reports to inform broader ecommerce strategies.
  • Ecommerce Integration:
    • Work closely with our ecommerce team to synchronize campaigns with seasonal promotions, product launches, and overall digital strategy.
    • Analyze customer journey data from our online store to enhance remarketing efforts and tailor future campaigns.
    • Implement and manage tracking strategies to ensure a seamless measurement of success from ad click to conversion.
  • Budget Management:
    • Strategically allocate and manage advertising budgets across both platforms to maximize ROI.
    • Ensure campaigns are cost-effective, meeting targeted ecommerce KPIs while driving consistent revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • C1 English level.
    • Minimum of 5 years in media buying with proven hands-on experience on Pinterest and Snapchat, specifically driving ecommerce results.
    • Demonstrated success in managing digital ad campaigns for ecommerce brands, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.
  • Skills:
    • In-depth understanding of digital advertising strategies, audience segmentation, and bidding models on Pinterest and Snapchat.
    • Strong analytical prowess with the ability to interpret ecommerce metrics (ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, etc.) and pivot strategy accordingly.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
