One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior E-commerce and Campaign Manager, Paid Media in the United States.

This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer with a passion for digital advertising, conversion optimization, and e-commerce strategy. As a key player in the growth and demand generation team, you will own paid media campaigns, drive traffic, and oversee e-commerce performance with a clear focus on ROI and user experience. You'll collaborate across marketing, product, and UX teams to ensure alignment of paid media efforts with broader business goals. Accountabilities:

  • Manage and optimize e-commerce channels, focusing on revenue growth and an enhanced customer journey.
  • Lead paid media strategies across platforms including search, display, and social to drive traffic, trial signups, and online purchases.
  • Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) and SEO tactics to increase website performance and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, campaign, and development teams to ensure cohesive, high-performing ad experiences.
  • Use multivariate testing and analytics to guide campaign performance and site improvements.
  • Own reporting on KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rates, and paid channel performance, presenting insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor/agency relationships, ensuring cost-effective, high-impact campaign execution within budget.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing digital advertising budgets with a strong emphasis on performance marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience overseeing e-commerce channels with significant revenue responsibility.
  • Proven expertise in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce, as well as SEO/SEM and CRO best practices.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience using insights to drive campaign and platform improvements.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in remote-first environments and reporting on campaign ROI.
  • Creative thinker with strong project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
