Job Summary:
We are seeking a data-driven Google Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, and the Display Network. This part-time position is suitable for a performance marketer who excels in scaling profitable campaigns, conducting creative testing, and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Experience in the healthcare or e-commerce sectors is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Initiate, oversee, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), ROAS, and Click-Through Rate (CTR).
- Execute A/B tests on advertising copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Adjust bids, budgets, and audience parameters based on real-time performance data.
- Strategy & Optimization:
- Conduct comprehensive research on keywords, audiences, and competitors to refine targeting methodologies.
- Implement remarketing and audience segmentation strategies.
- Address and rectify underperforming campaigns with agility.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor KPIs using Google Ads, Analytics, and client dashboards.
- Provide detailed weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in e-commerce, lead generation, or healthcare.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and spreadsheet applications.
- Familiarity with Smart Bidding strategies such as Target CPA (tCPA) and Target ROAS (tROAS).
- Demonstrated success in reducing CPA or enhancing conversion rates.
