What We’re Looking For
Our client, a performance marketing agency, is looking for a Senior Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid social campaigns, mainly on Meta. As they shift their focus from e-commerce to B2B lead generation, they need someone who can drive results. They’re looking for an analytical and proactive person who wants to grow into a leadership role over time.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta to drive measurable results.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad content aligns with campaign objectives.
- Provide clear performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates to refine strategies for lead generation.
Requirements
- Strong experience in paid social advertising, especially on Meta.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Excellent English communication skills for client interactions.
- Ambition to grow into a leadership role.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Ads.
- Background in B2B and lead generation campaigns.
- Understanding of creative strategy and collaboration with design teams.
