Job Overview:
As a YouTube Media Buyer, you will be responsible for strategizing, launching, and optimizing YouTube ad campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. You’ll work closely with the creative, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure our video ads align with business objectives and deliver maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution – Plan, launch, and optimize YouTube Ads campaigns, including TrueView, Discovery, Bumper, and In-Stream ads.
- Audience Targeting & Segmentation – Leverage YouTube’s audience insights, custom intent, affinity, and retargeting strategies to maximize reach and conversions.
- Budget Management – Efficiently allocate and manage ad spend to optimize performance while maximizing ROAS.
- Creative Optimization – Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing video ads and conduct A/B tests to improve engagement.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization – Continuously monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and make real-time optimizations to increase efficiency.
- Competitive & Trend Analysis – Stay ahead of YouTube ad trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to keep True Classic at the forefront of video advertising.
- Reporting & Insights – Provide weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, including key insights and recommendations.
- Collaboration – Partner with Google Media Buyers, content marketers, and brand strategists to align video ad campaigns with overall marketing goals..
Requirements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing YouTube Ads with a focus on direct-response advertising.
- Retail or e-commerce experience is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling six-figure ad budgets while maintaining strong ROAS.
- Strong knowledge of YouTube’s ad formats, bidding strategies, and audience targeting options.
- Experience with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and YouTube Analytics.
- Ability to analyze data, track campaign performance, and make data-driven optimizations.
- Experience working with video creatives and providing insights on ad performance.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work 9 AM - 5 PM PST.
