Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven Meta & TikTok Media Buyer to develop, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns focused on achieving conversions, leads, or sales. The selected individual will be responsible for scaling performance across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Ads, conducting A/B testing of advertising creatives, and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Experience in e-commerce, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), or healthcare marketing is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Implementation:

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of paid social media campaigns (Meta & TikTok), from initial setup to continuous optimization.
  • Formulate sophisticated audience targeting strategies, including lookalike, interest-based, and retargeting approaches.
  • Execute A/B testing protocols for advertising creatives (video, static, User-Generated Content), copy, and landing pages.

Performance Optimization:

  • Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Click-Through Rate (CTR) on a daily basis.
  • Scale successful ad sets while discontinuing underperforming ones.
  • Implement pixel tracking, Conversions API (CAPI), and conversion optimization techniques.

Creative Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-converting advertising assets.
  • Maintain current knowledge of TikTok and Meta trends, including engaging hooks, formats, and viral strategies.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide comprehensive performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

    • 1–2 years of experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and/or TikTok Ads.
    • Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns to achieve profitability
    • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytical tools.
    • Strong understanding of UTM parameters, tracking, and attribution models
