About the Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our eCommerce customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering resolutions that exceed expectations. Your ability to provide empathetic, timely, and knowledgeable support across multiple channels will help foster customer loyalty and satisfaction in a competitive online environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, or phone with professionalism and efficiency.

Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot eCommerce-related issues, such as order status, payments, shipping, and product concerns, providing clear and effective solutions.

Documentation: Log customer interactions, problems, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and continuous improvement.

Escalation: Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex or technical issues promptly.

Customer Insights: Share recurring customer challenges with internal teams to help optimize products, services, and the overall eCommerce experience.

Knowledge Maintenance: Stay updated on company products, services, promotions, and eCommerce trends to ensure accurate and current information is provided to customers.

Proactive Support: Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and recommend additional services or products tailored to their needs.

Requirements

Qualifications:

🎯 Previous experience in customer support for an eCommerce platform or digital business.
🎯 Familiarity with eCommerce systems and tools, such as Shopify, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
🎯 Proficient in customer service software, CRM systems, and remote communication tools.
🎯 Knowledge of order processing, payment gateways, and online customer behavior is a plus.
🎯 Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple customer requests simultaneously.
