Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries via various channels including phone, email, and chat in Spanish
• Give accurate information regarding products and services
• Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
• Keep detailed records of interactions and transactions
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance the customer experience
• Participate in training initiatives for team growth
• Promote services and products to customers when applicable

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role
