The House of Mercier is excited to announce an opening for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, providing them with exemplary service and support. Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in German and assist them with their needs.
- Provide information about products and services and address customer concerns effectively.
- Record and track customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service strategies and delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to offer informed assistance.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage positively with customers.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard customer service tools.
- Ability to work effectively in both team-oriented and independent environments.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
