Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate assistance.
- Document all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system for accurate tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training sessions to keep skills updated and improve service delivery.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Requirements
- Fluent in Czech, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the tech industry, is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
