Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to smoke-free products and services.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on the benefits of smoke-free living and available resources.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our system to enhance service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer service processes.
- Stay informed about product updates and health trends related to smoking cessation.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and understanding.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
