Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven End-to-End Recruiter with expertise in high-volume hiring to join our growing team. A background in dental or healthcare recruitment is strongly preferred. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless process to attract and hire top talent for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for high-volume hiring needs.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, leveraging job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates, ensuring they meet MOVA talent pool requirements
- Collaborate with MOVA trainers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands, with a focus on quality and speed.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in candidate records, reports, and recruitment metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-volume hiring, preferably in dental or healthcare recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills with the ability to identify top talent quickly.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
