Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven End-to-End Recruiter with expertise in high-volume hiring to join our growing team. A background in dental or healthcare recruitment is strongly preferred. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless process to attract and hire top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for high-volume hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, leveraging job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates, ensuring they meet MOVA talent pool requirements 
  • Collaborate with MOVA trainers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands, with a focus on quality and speed.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in candidate records, reports, and recruitment metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume hiring, preferably in dental or healthcare recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills with the ability to identify top talent quickly.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
