IT Recruiter - APAC Region (India)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, attract, and engage top IT talent for clients across the APAC region, with a focus on India

- Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates, clients, and partners in India

- Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and reference checks

- Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communication

- Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and preferences

- Meet and exceed recruitment targets, goals, and KPIs

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field

- Strong knowledge of the India job market, trends, and regulations

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in recruitment software, tools, and technologies

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience with cloud-based recruitment platforms and tools

- Knowledge of IT industry trends, technologies, and skill sets
