You will be the primary point of contact for Polish-speaking players, assisting them with account management, technical issues, and gameplay-related inquiries to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality player support to Polish-speaking customers through email and chat communication channels.
• Assist players with account-related queries, technical problems, and game-related questions.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of player issues to promote player satisfaction and retention.
• Document player interactions and feedback accurately to aid continuous improvement of support services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay player feedback and help enhance the overall gaming experience.
• Stay updated on Riot Games’ titles, features, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluent in Polish (oral and written); proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in a customer or player support role, preferably within the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Riot Games’ products.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
