This role is ideal for enthusiastic gamers who are fluent in German and passionate about delivering exceptional player support. You will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking players, assisting with their inquiries and ensuring a high-quality player experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional player support in German through various communication channels including email and chat.
• Assist players with game-related questions, technical issues, and account management.
• Resolve player concerns quickly and efficiently to enhance player satisfaction.
• Document player interactions accurately to support service improvements.
• Collaborate closely with developers and community teams to convey player feedback.
• Stay informed about Riot Games’ titles, updates, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (oral and written) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer or player support roles, preferably within the gaming industry, is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Riot Games’ titles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions to players.
