Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a Dutch Speaking Customer Support position specifically for Booking.com, with a relocation package to Athens, Greece. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support to Dutch-speaking Booking.com users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with booking inquiries, cancellations, modifications, and other related requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve customer service processes and ensure consistent support quality.
  • Stay updated on Booking.com products, policies, and promotions to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the travel or hospitality industry, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and standard customer support tools.
  • Willingness and ability to relocate to Athens, Greece.
