This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients in the travel and hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay knowledgeable about Booking.com’s services and offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and maintain comprehensive records.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities focused on achieving customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A keen interest in travel and hospitality, coupled with a desire to assist customers in their travel experiences.
