This role involves delivering exceptional service to German-speaking clients while assisting them with their travel plans and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking travelers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, and general travel-related questions.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to coordinate seamless travel experiences for clients.
• Stay updated on travel policies, offers, and procedures to provide accurate information.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or tourism industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
• Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Passion for travel and helping customers create memorable experiences.
