In this role, you will provide outstanding support to Dutch-speaking customers, helping them navigate Booking.com's services with ease and professionalism while enjoying life in a vibrant and historic city.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients of Booking.com through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with reservations, inquiries, cancellations, and other booking-related concerns efficiently and courteously.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in Booking.com's CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve service quality and client experience.
• Stay updated on Booking.com products, services, and policies to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally.
• Proficiency with CRM software and customer service tools is beneficial.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and adapt to a new cultural environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
