🎯 Your Goal: As the Director of Sales - Staffing IT & Engineering, you'll leverage your deep technical staffing expertise to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and lead your sales team to success. You will find new clients, grow existing accounts, and help companies get the right IT and engineering talent. Your day will involve coaching your team members, managing sales from start to finish, and building strong partnerships with clients.
