Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop detailed job descriptions.
- Source candidates using a variety of platforms including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit.
- Organize and coordinate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding procedures.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and improve sourcing strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar position in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and tools to attract top talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
