Overview
They are seeking a **Technical Recruiter** to spearhead the recruitment, assessment, and enrollment of program participants at the academy. In this role, the recruiter will manage the admissions pipeline, ensure seamless candidate experiences, and support participant engagement and retention—all while collaborating closely with operations, marketing, and program management teams. Key Responsibilities
- Admissions Pipeline
- Manage all inquiries, applications, and enrollment processes for prospective participants.
- Ensure a steady, qualified flow of candidates to meet program enrollment goals.
- Technical Screening & Placement
- Assess participants’ technical backgrounds to confirm program readiness and cohort alignment.
- Match participants to learning tracks that best fit their skills, interests, and career goals.
- Candidate Experience
- Provide clear, proactive communication throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.
- Offer responsive support to address candidate questions and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Participant Engagement & Retention
- Coordinate with Program Management to support new participants after admission.
- Monitor engagement to encourage retention, successful program completion, and positive outcomes.
- Collaboration with Operations & Marketing
- Align admissions strategies with the academy’s overarching goals, marketing campaigns, and community initiatives.
- Work in tandem with the General Manager to refine processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive overall participant success.
- Community Building (Participant-Focused)
- Partner with marketing or community teams to promote the program and attract quality applicants.
- Foster an environment that encourages interaction, networking, and peer-to-peer support among participants.
What They’re Looking For
- Experience in Technical Recruitment: Previous experience in hiring technical or highly skilled talent. Familiarity with screening for technical aptitudes is a major plus.
