Overview

The Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talented individuals who will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional legal representation. This position involves collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs, crafting compelling job descriptions, and utilizing various sourcing methods to find candidates. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from screening resumes to conducting interviews and extending offers.

The ideal candidate is not only passionate about recruitment but also possesses strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. You will be instrumental in ensuring that Michael & Associates continues to build a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter for a minimum of 5 years, preferably across multiple industries (Non-negotiable requirement).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices, including experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to build relationships and establish a rapport with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
