• Provide high-quality support and assistance to Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.

• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical solutions in the system.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support, ideally within a technical or IT-related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia; relocation expenses will be fully covered by the company.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
