Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking players through various channels, including chat, email, and forums.
• Efficiently troubleshoot player issues and resolve queries to maximize satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze player feedback to improve our gaming services and product offerings.
• Document all player interactions accurately in our support systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance problem resolution.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in player support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• A strong passion for gaming with familiarity with current gaming trends and communities.
• Experience in customer support or a related gaming position is advantageous but not mandatory.
