Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to French-speaking players through multiple communication channels including chat, email, and forums.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of player interactions in our support systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance operational efficiency and problem resolution.

Requirements

• Fluency in French is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
