Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch support to Irish-speaking players through multiple communication channels, such as chat, email, and forums.
• Assist players in troubleshooting their issues and resolving queries efficiently to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Gather and relay player feedback to improve our services and gaming products.
• Document player interactions and maintain accurate records in our support systems.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure operational efficiency and effective problem resolution.
• Participate in the development and implementation of best practices for player support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Irish is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial.
• A genuine passion for gaming with an understanding of the latest gaming trends.
• Previous customer support experience or a background in the gaming industry is an asset, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with players.
